Our policy lasts 7 days from the date package arrives. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.

We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Note that Totsworld will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that an exchange is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, refunding via store credit, refunding via the original payment method, or any other methods at the discretion of TOTSWORLD.COM.SG.
